Stuff Michael Meeks is doing

This is my (in)activity log. You might like to visit
Collabora
Productivity a subsidiary of Collabora focusing on LibreOffice support and
services for whom I work.
Also if you have the time to read this sort of stuff you could enlighten
yourself by going to Unraveling Wittgenstein's net or if
you are feeling objectionable perhaps here.
Failing that, there are all manner of interesting things to read on
the LibreOffice Planet news
feed.

- Up early; dug around inside gtktoolbar shadow rendering
with Arvind - some truly evil problem in there for libbonoboui.
- Debugged a nasty problem with the latest evo-1.5
snapshots, came down to simply not having the latest ORBit2
installed as a dependency.
- Bought a huge chunk of damaged chip-board tongue and groove
boarding to board the loft going cheap, got it home somehow - J.
distressed that her nest is being vandalised. Hopefully we can get enough
up there that Mario and Terresa can get in in a few weeks time.
- Back to a camel crash, then an acute calendar slowness; odd.
Back to 1.4 for a bit. Extremely irritated by my inbox, it seems my
advice isn't worth following, and significant screwups thus resulting
are inexplicable and excusable; it's great to be so valuable; nice to
spend lots of time typing in order for it to be ignored / discarded.
Out of action for a long time.
- More perl work in the evening, getting somewhere slowly,
very tired; released / pushed Chris' ORBit2-2.9.8 quit at 10pm.
My content in this blog and associated images / data under
images/
and data/
directories are (usually)
created by me and (unless obviously labelled otherwise) are licensed under
the public domain, and/or if that doesn't float your boat a CC0
license. I encourage linking back (of course) to help people decide for
themselves, in context, in the battle for ideas, and I love fixes /
improvements / corrections by private mail.
In case it's not painfully obvious: the reflections reflected here are my
own; mine, all mine ! and don't reflect the views of Collabora, SUSE,
Novell, The Document Foundation, Spaghetti Hurlers (International),
or anyone else.
It's also important to realise that I'm not in on the Swedish Conspiracy.
Occasionally people ask for formal photos for conferences
or fun.
