Stuff Michael Meeks is doing

This is my (in)activity log. You might like to visit
Collabora
Productivity a subsidiary of Collabora focusing on LibreOffice support and
services for whom I work.
Also if you have the time to read this sort of stuff you could enlighten
yourself by going to Unraveling Wittgenstein's net or if
you are feeling objectionable perhaps here.
Failing that, there are all manner of interesting things to read on
the LibreOffice Planet news
feed.

- Set about getting a 1.1.1 build out. Judging by
the failed delivery requests, someone is still spamming
enthusiastically on my behalf; in good company though.
- NotZed fixed my no. #1 evo/pop beef whereby
cancelling a big pop download results in duplicate fetches
next time from the server; cool. Fixed up a number of Ximian
patches vs. 1.1.1.
- Got my 1st Novell password-change reminder;
bother. I wonder what research has been done on the
post-it-note-password syndrome and overall security
correlated vs. password change frequence.
- Switched back to evolution-1.5, Amit reporting
nice progress on the e-d-s/OO.o integration, and Anil
similarly on the file selector.
- An amusing Private Eye cover (at last), Koffi
Anan and Claire Short shaking hands; speech bubbles:
No-one listens to me & That's not true!.
- Pushed an ORBit2-2.10.0 release. Did some more
quite amazing macro export research.
- Knocked off, went to see H. inseparable from
her (lovely) mother, doesn't want to be held by me at all
(very sensible) - and as yet un-dropped. Out for a run.
JP's, phoned S&A, booked flights to Stockholm.
More gruesome details from Josephus, bed.
My content in this blog and associated images / data under
images/
and data/
directories are (usually)
created by me and (unless obviously labelled otherwise) are licensed under
the public domain, and/or if that doesn't float your boat a CC0
license. I encourage linking back (of course) to help people decide for
themselves, in context, in the battle for ideas, and I love fixes /
improvements / corrections by private mail.
In case it's not painfully obvious: the reflections reflected here are my
own; mine, all mine ! and don't reflect the views of Collabora, SUSE,
Novell, The Document Foundation, Spaghetti Hurlers (International),
or anyone else.
It's also important to realise that I'm not in on the Swedish Conspiracy.
Occasionally people ask for formal photos for conferences
or fun.
