Up early, breakfast, off to the RedHat Office for the GNOME
Advisory Board meeting - some extremely positive things going on in
GNOME-land it seems, along with a few challenges. Impressed by the
results and reach of the Womens Outreach Programme amongst other
things.

To the airport, met up with the Intel crew on the same
(delayed) flight, spent some time on the flight mechanically
re-factoring horrible GraphicObject lifecycle mess in LibreOffice.
Ran out of battery abruptly, and the machine powered off - with a
new battery I discovered my dconf file was full of zeros & the
desktop non-functioning: urgh ! surely we fsync ? I thought ext4
did something right here ?

Josh kindly gave me a lift to Cambridge on his way home;
somehow caught up with my original coach there; bed v. late.

images/ and data/ directories are (usually)
created by me and (unless obviously labelled otherwise) are licensed under
the public domain, and/or if that doesn't float your boat a CC0
license. I encourage linking back (of course) to help people decide for
themselves, in context, in the battle for ideas, and I love fixes /
