std::dequeue::top() taking 146
valgrind pseudo-cycles per call (with a sample of 30m calls
or so), surely someone put some real effort into make it
that slow. Seems we create an end() iterator
move that back by one, doing some quite some chunks of work;
drat - who would imagine that asking for the top of a
std::stack would be something that would not
inline away to some simple pointer de-reference ?
