Really pleased to see the discussion around a great
feature for learning about how LibreOffice works, and inspecting
the DOM (in the way we expect from browsers) - finally published
for discussion for eventual tendering. There is an interesting
history here across three TDF boards: the item was first
proposed in January 2017, and was rejected for the budget ranking in April 2017,
but by the (late) 2018 budgetting round it was back. By July 2018
the ESC had included it in its voting of top projects just in time for the
conference in Tirana in September 2018. As soon as it became clear that it
was in the running in early 2019 a draft spec. (as now published) with a
clear mapping to TDF's charitable purpose was written (by mid April 2019),
with two kind community reviewers provided. This was included in a finalised,
vote on a budget by early May 2019 which included it. My
hope is that as/when/if it is tendered, awarded, and implemented presumably
in late 2020 - we can start the next iteration, and perhaps make python
programming with a console in LibreOffice easier; or whatever is ranked
and decided.

Some blissful hacking - added SIGUSR1 state dumping to Online
Kit processes and the ForKit: the more state we can dump the better
for debugging unusual conditions.
