Read the news; reminded of four years ago.
At such times I (still) find it interesting to re-read Isaiah's ancient message
of comfort
to God's people - captive and oppressed in Babylon - that far transcends
any individual, election or movement:
He brings princes to naught and reduces the rulers of this world to
nothing. and Surely the nations are like a drop in a bucket;
they are regarded as dust on the scales. For temporal rulers -
personally I still like them humble, aware of their own mortality, and the
imminence of just judgement in the Supreme Court of the universe.

Encouraging planning call, estimation bits with Miklos, mail
backlog. Lunch, picked up some washing machine plumbing bits; poked
at roadmap bits.
